Job Description

Innovasol Enterprise is seeking an experienced Lead Travel Agent to manage our client bookings and oversee specialized travel experiences. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional service and ensuring memorable journeys for our clients.

You will be responsible for managing the complete booking lifecycle, from the initial client inquiry to the final confirmation, ensuring a professional and high-quality experience at every step. A key part of your role will be overseeing group trips, youth camps, safaris, cruises, and custom travel arrangements, guaranteeing that each experience is seamless and perfectly tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Experience with various travel types (group, youth, safari, cruise).
  • Ability to work in the Ikate / Lekki Phase 1 Office.
  • Flexible work schedule, available to work US hours and weekends as needed.
  • Creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
