Job Description

Eco Drive Driving School is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join their team in Dubai Industrial City.

This role is central to managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings and screening CVs to conducting interviews and selecting candidates. You will be instrumental in building talent pipelines, particularly for driving instructors and essential support staff.

A significant aspect of this position involves overseeing the complete employment visa process, including liaising with MOHRE and GDRFA, managing medical examinations, and coordinating Emirates ID applications. You will also provide secondary support to the HR Generalist, maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll data, and addressing employee queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end hiring – job postings, CV screening, interviews, and selection
  • Build talent pipelines for driving instructors and support staff
  • Issue offer letters & contracts
  • Conduct new hire orientation
  • Handle full employment visa process (MOHRE, GDRFA, medical, Emirates ID)
  • Coordinate with PRO for timely processing
  • Maintain employee records
  • Assist with payroll data (attendance, leave, new hires)
  • Support employee queries (visa status, leave balance)
  • Help with RTA permit tracking & employee engagement activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • 2–3 years UAE experience in recruitment & visa processing
  • Strong knowledge of UAE visa/labor laws
  • Fluent in English & Hindi (mandatory)
  • Proficient in MS Office & HR software
  • High-volume hiring experience (50+ hires/month)
