Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee internal HR processes and provide operational support within our organization, located in Lekki, Lagos.

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary contact and advisor for assigned hospitality clients, ensuring smooth client operations through routine site visits. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, addressing staff grievances, and handling disciplinary matters.

You will also be tasked with tracking staff performance, identifying training needs, and preparing comprehensive reports on staffing and HR activities for management. A strong background in HR, particularly within the service industry, is essential for success in this position.
