Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging training programs and materials.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Assess training needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs and make improvements.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and track employee progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering L&D programs.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
