Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Head of People & Culture to lead our client's human resources initiatives across multiple countries. This senior leadership role is instrumental in shaping a thriving organizational culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and ensuring the company remains an employer of choice.
In this capacity, you will develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with overarching business objectives. You will oversee key HR functions, including talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement, while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization. Your leadership will foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, ensuring compliance with global HR best practices and driving continuous improvement in all HR processes.

- Develop and implement a forward-looking people strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR/People leadership experience.
- Professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent) are an added advantage.
- Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Strong expertise in organizational culture building, employee relations, and strategic HR leadership.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-country environment.
