Job Description

We are seeking a competent and experienced Human Resources Officer to manage and oversee all HR functions within our school. The ideal candidate will support both academic and non-academic staff while ensuring compliance with school policies and labor regulations. This role is crucial for maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities include managing the full recruitment cycle from screening to onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, and overseeing attendance and leave management. You will also coordinate performance appraisal processes, handle employee relations and grievance resolution, and process payroll inputs. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizing staff training programs are also integral to this position.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
