Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end sourcing and hiring processes for both technical and administrative positions.
  • Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and staff welfare initiatives.
  • Ensure all HR practices are in full compliance with the Nigerian Labour Act.
  • Coordinate staff appraisals and facilitate the implementation of development plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including leave tracking and attendance management.
  • Facilitate comprehensive orientation programs for all new staff members.

Qualifications

  • Must not be older than 28 years of age.
  • Possess 1 to 3 years of solid experience in Human Resources.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or HND in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Must reside in Lagos, with proximity to Ikeja being a significant advantage.
  • Experience in Engineering, Construction, or Oil & Gas industries is preferred.
  • Certification in CIPM or PHRI is required.
