Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end sourcing and hiring processes for both technical and administrative positions.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and staff welfare initiatives.
- Ensure all HR practices are in full compliance with the Nigerian Labour Act.
- Coordinate staff appraisals and facilitate the implementation of development plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including leave tracking and attendance management.
- Facilitate comprehensive orientation programs for all new staff members.
Qualifications
- Must not be older than 28 years of age.
- Possess 1 to 3 years of solid experience in Human Resources.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or HND in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Must reside in Lagos, with proximity to Ikeja being a significant advantage.
- Experience in Engineering, Construction, or Oil & Gas industries is preferred.
- Certification in CIPM or PHRI is required.
