Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboard new employees and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR role.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
