Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to manage our human resources functions.
In this role, you will be responsible for a range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Your efforts will contribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 2-3 years of HR experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Onboard new employees and conduct orientation programs

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in HR software is a plus
- Must reside close to Lagos Island

- Salary range of ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 per month
