Job Description

She Code Africa is seeking a dedicated People and Culture Officer to champion a positive and thriving work environment. This role is central to nurturing the organization's culture and ensuring the well-being and development of its team members.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, fostering employee engagement, and managing various aspects of the employee lifecycle. Your efforts will directly contribute to building a supportive and inclusive workplace aligned with She Code Africa's mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
