Job Description
Sundry Foods Limited is seeking dedicated Human Resources Administrators to support its expanding operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective implementation of HR management best practices across various business divisions and regions.
As an HR Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for employees and management, addressing HR-related queries and facilitating HR processes. Your responsibilities will include supporting employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, assisting with payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and new hire documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Organize and facilitate HR-related training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR support role is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HR principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
