Job Description
Sundry Foods Limited is seeking dynamic HR Administrators to join its Business Partnering team. This role is pivotal in implementing and reinforcing HR management best practices across designated business divisions and regions.
As an HR Administrator - Business Partnering, you will act as a crucial link between HR and the business units, providing support and guidance on a wide range of HR matters. You will be responsible for fostering positive employee relations, supporting talent management initiatives, and ensuring HR strategies align with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and champion HR management best practices within assigned business divisions and regions.
- Serve as a primary HR point of contact for employees and managers, addressing inquiries and providing guidance.
- Support employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Assist in the execution of talent management programs, including performance management and development.
- Contribute to the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role, with a focus on business partnering or employee relations.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
