Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various human resources functions, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
You will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and the development and implementation of HR policies. This position requires a deep understanding of HR best practices and a commitment to employee engagement and development.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and promoting a positive work culture.
- Administer performance management systems and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with senior-level responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
