As the Growth Lead for the Web and Application Development, AI-Powered Development portfolio, your primary objective will be to spearhead product growth and enhance visibility within developer and engineer communities. This role involves leveraging developer relations (DevRel) marketing and targeted direct marketing initiatives to achieve significant user acquisition and engagement.

You will be responsible for engaging actively with developer communities, forums, and influencers to build awareness, trust, and credibility for our resources. A key focus will be initiating and managing campaigns to secure consistent, positive Amazon reviews and ratings from influential tech professionals, thereby improving product discoverability and sales. Cultivating relationships with key influencers and experts to secure authoritative endorsements will also be a core responsibility.

Furthermore, you will execute targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at developer and engineer audiences to drive user engagement and direct sales, alongside monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing landing pages and product pages to maximize visitor conversion rates. This role reports directly to the Portfolio Director and collaborates closely with product management and content teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage actively with developer communities, forums, and influencers to increase awareness, trust, and credibility of our books and resources.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record (3+ years) in growth or devrel marketing, ideally within web and app development or tech publishing.
  • Expertise in influencer outreach, Amazon marketing strategies, and community engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing email campaigns and onsite conversion.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, particularly within technical communities.
