Job Description
Join Sibie Holding Group as a CRM, Email & WhatsApp Automation Manager and take ownership of a critical marketing engine for a rapidly expanding online pharmacy group. This role is central to scaling and refining customer engagement strategies across the UK, EU, and upcoming markets in the US and GCC.
You will be responsible for building, monitoring, and optimizing automated customer journeys using platforms like Klaviyo, WhatsApp Business API, and Shopify Flow. This is a precision-focused role, leveraging data, behavioral triggers, and customer psychology to create personalized experiences at scale.
Your responsibilities will include managing email flows and campaigns, operating the WhatsApp marketing channel, building Shopify Flow automations, owning customer retention and subscription management, and reporting on channel performance. Ensuring compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and healthcare-specific regulations will be paramount.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full Klaviyo account architecture for automated email flows, segments, templates, and integrations.
- Build, monitor, and optimize automated email flows (welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, abandonment, renewal).
- Manage the monthly email campaign calendar across brands, including promotional sends and product launches.
- Segment audiences precisely by market, product category, purchase behavior, RFM score, and subscription status.
- Run structured A/B tests on subject lines, send times, content, and CTAs.
- Maintain and grow list health, managing suppressions and re-engagement campaigns.
- Own and operate the WhatsApp marketing channel end-to-end, building automated sequences and managing broadcast campaigns.
- Ensure all WhatsApp communications meet platform policy, opt-in requirements, and data privacy regulations.
- Build and manage Shopify Flow automations triggered by customer behavior.
- Work closely with the Shopify & Ecommerce Operations Manager to ensure correct integration of flows.
- Own the retention marketing strategy, focusing on increasing repeat purchase rate, subscription retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Design and execute win-back campaigns for lapsed customers.
- Manage subscription lifecycle communications and build a customer loyalty framework.
- Report weekly and monthly on email and WhatsApp channel performance.
- Build dashboards in Klaviyo and GA4 for real-time visibility into automation health and campaign performance.
- Ensure all CRM and messaging activities comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and relevant GCC data protection frameworks.
- Maintain audit-ready opt-in records for email and WhatsApp across all markets.
- Work with legal and pharmacy compliance teams to ensure all health-related communications meet regulatory standards.
- Own the suppression list hygiene and consent management processes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on CRM and email marketing experience, with deep expertise in Shopify Plus flows, segmentation, and deliverability.
- Proven experience building and managing automated email flows from scratch.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API or equivalent messaging automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce customer lifecycle, from acquisition through to long-term retention and subscription management.
- Shopify experience; comfortable navigating the platform and understanding order/customer data.
- Data-driven mindset and comfort with analytics dashboards.
- Solid understanding of GDPR and email/messaging compliance obligations.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in online pharmacy, healthcare, nutraceuticals, or another regulated consumer product category (highly desirable).
- Familiarity with Shopify Plus and subscription apps such as ReCharge, Seal Subscriptions (highly desirable).
- Experience integrating Klaviyo with third-party data sources (highly desirable).
- HTML/CSS ability to edit or build email templates (highly desirable).
