Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within assigned territory. Qualify leads and determine conversion potential. Develop and execute a structured prospecting plan to attract new clients.
  • Relationship Building & Account Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Understand customer needs and propose solutions that align with their business goals. Manage accounts to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Industry Knowledge & Product Expertise: Stay up to date with industry trends and market dynamics. Maintain a strong understanding of ReelFruit’s products and offerings.
  • Sales Calls & Presentations: Conduct effective discovery calls and in-person presentations. Handle objections and negotiate contracts with a focus on closing deals.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute strategic sales plans as defined by the Sales Manager. Gather feedback from clients and analyze competitor activity to refine sales tactics.
  • Performance & Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Analyze sales performance data to identify gaps and opportunities. Submit accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and reports.

Qualifications

  • HND/B.Sc./B.A in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in FMCG sales (dried fruits or food industry preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems using data
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-focused
  • Collaborative mindset and strong work ethic
  • Proficient in reporting and performance tracking.
