Job Description
Irth Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for overseeing multiple customer projects, ensuring their successful completion within defined timelines, budgets, and scopes.
You will be responsible for planning and allocating project resources, meticulously monitoring progress, and providing timely updates to all stakeholders. The primary objective is to guide projects from initiation through delivery to closure, ensuring all customer expectations are met and desired outcomes are achieved. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing challenging situations professionally and efficiently, demonstrating a proactive and motivated approach to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include leading complex programs and projects for customer deployment and adoption of Irth's platform, managing deliverables, risks, timelines, and issues. You will act as a vital liaison between Irth's customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution and success. Professional and concise communication, adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintaining up-to-date internal processes and client-facing documents are essential.
You will also predict resource needs, manage them effectively, and identify and bring in necessary resources for rapid response to client issues during implementation. Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques, and providing consistent project updates on strategy, adjustments, and progress are also key duties. Ultimately, you will manage the overall customer relationship and satisfaction throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex programs and projects to ensure successful customer deployment and adoption of Irth’s platform
- Manage and communicate deliverables, risks, project timeline, ROI, and issues
- Act as a liaison between Irth’s customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project completion and success
- Communicate professionally and succinctly while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Ensure internal processes and client-facing documents are current and in support of corporate goals
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner; identify and bring in resources as required for quick response to client issues raised during the implementation phase
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage overall customer relationship and satisfaction during all phases of project
Qualifications
- 5-8 years’ experience managing projects in customer-facing implementation roles (remote and onsite) in a technology organization
- Proven track record of working with external customers, as well as with key internal partner teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management
- Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills
- Solid organizational skills and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to process in a quick changing environment; ability to manage multiple projects with multiple resources
- Experience handling escalations at all levels
- A strong understanding of project financials, revenue, cost, and margin is required
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience with creating, maintaining and following a repeatable project methodology
- Willing to work during US Eastern time every day.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
