Job Description

Phasor Engineering Inc is actively seeking a skilled Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) to join our expanding team across the United States. We are experiencing robust growth, supported by a strong pipeline of significant projects, and are eager to welcome experienced survey professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of project execution.
  • Establish project communication protocols, including client and stakeholder identification, change management, information dissemination, and data management procedures.
  • Maintain responsibility for project financial performance, including cost controls and risk identification.
  • Liaise with internal teams to understand all project requirements, including scheduling, cost, technical, and logistical considerations.
  • Manage subcontractors performing surveying and geomatics services.
  • Coordinate crew schedules, accommodations, and mobilization requirements for field personnel.
  • Participate in division-level meetings to coordinate crew allocation across projects.

Qualifications

  • Current Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) license in one or more U.S. states or eligibility for licensure through reciprocity.
  • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses, with associated costs covered by Phasor USA.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale land surveying projects.
  • Ability to undergo a pre-employment background screening.
