Job Description

Landmark Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive to lead and manage all facets of retail project and site development within Kuwait.

This critical role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial schematic design through to final construction. You will be responsible for detailed planning, precise material specification, thorough contractor evaluation and selection, and diligent site supervision to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.

Furthermore, you will manage the renovation and ongoing maintenance of existing store facilities, addressing all civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry requirements.
