Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and provide timely technical assistance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues according to defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Document solutions, troubleshooting steps, and create knowledge base articles for future reference.
- Assist customers with MFA configuration and other identity management-related support requests.
- Learn and implement ITIL-based support processes and best practices.
- Support customer onboarding and configuration processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in BCA, B.Sc. IT, B.E./B.Tech (IT/Computer Science), or an equivalent qualification.
- Solid understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and fundamental web technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A customer-focused mindset with a genuine willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to adapt to and work effectively within rotational shift schedules.
- Basic knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira or Service Desk.
- Understanding of authentication technologies including SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and MFA.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies and SaaS applications.
