Job Description

Briljent is seeking dedicated Help Desk Specialists to provide essential technical support for a critical federal project. This role demands exceptional customer service skills and a patient, helpful demeanor.

As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering technical support, troubleshooting a variety of issues, and responding to inbound calls from users experiencing difficulties with a web-based scheduling tool.

Key duties include responding to user queries via phone, email, and remote access, offering technical assistance for the delivery, configuration, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software. You will also be involved in training computer users and other staff on troubleshooting techniques, gathering feedback to refine training methods, and creating/editing training manuals. Running reports and analyzing common complaints will also be part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • An Associate's degree in computer science or related field
  • Public Trust Security Clearance (will be set up upon hire)
  • 2 years of experience in a help desk role
  • Must have high-speed Internet. Equipment will be provided
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States. No sponsorships are available currently.
