Key Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct litigation matters across diverse jurisdictions.
• Perform courtroom advocacy, including trials, hearings, and appeals.
• Provide strategic legal advice on litigation approaches and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, legal teams, and other parties to achieve dispute resolution.
• Oversee and prioritize multiple cases to ensure efficient and timely outcomes.
• Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Handle comprehensive case management and meticulous documentation.
• Engage in negotiation and conflict resolution processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (LL. B.) in law or a related field.
• 10 - 12 years of post-qualification experience in litigation practice.
• Strong track record of courtroom advocacy and extensive litigation experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Profound understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
• Uphold professional integrity and confidentiality.
• Proficient legal drafting skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
