Job Description

British American Tobacco (BAT) Nigeria is thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for aspiring leaders through its Global Graduate Programme in Ibadan. This intensive 18-month rotational initiative is meticulously crafted to develop the next generation of leaders within BAT's Operations team.

As a Management Trainee, you will immerse yourself in critical areas of the business, gaining invaluable hands-on experience. Your responsibilities will span across Make (Manufacturing), where you'll learn the intricacies of production processes; Plan (Balancing Supply with Demand), mastering supply chain management; Logistics, navigating the complexities of supply chain flow and strategy; Procurement, focusing on smart spending and quality partnerships; Service, understanding consumer needs and business transformation; and Product Innovation, collaborating with Marketing & Sales to drive new solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience in manufacturing processes.
Master supply chain management and planning.

Qualifications

Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program completed.
No more than three (3) years of post-graduate professional experience.
Exposure to operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or technical environments is an added advantage.
National and/or international mobility.
Fluent in English (both written & spoken).
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Membership in relevant professional bodies is an advantage.
