We are seeking a highly organized and driven Campaign Manager to spearhead our influencer marketing initiatives.
In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of influencer campaigns, from initial outreach and contract negotiation to content review and final campaign reporting. Your expertise will ensure that all campaigns are executed flawlessly, deadlines are consistently met, and influencer deliverables perfectly align with our clients' brand objectives.
You will collaborate closely with Influencer Relationship Managers and Campaign Assistants, acting as the primary liaison to guarantee a seamless and professional experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage influencer campaigns from confirmation to final delivery.
- Create and manage campaign timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Coordinate onboarding, contracts, briefs, deliverables, and payments.
- Serve as the main point of contact for influencers during campaign execution.
- Provide clear instructions, feedback, and guidance to influencers.
- Supervise and direct Campaign Assistants supporting the campaign.
- Review influencer scripts, drafts, and content for alignment with campaign briefs.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve content quality where necessary.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand, platform, and compliance requirements.
- Communicate campaign progress clearly to internal teams and brand partners.
- Manage expectations and flag risks or delays early.
- Ensure a professional, organised experience for both brands and creators.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and platform best practices.
- Apply content marketing knowledge to guide influencers and improve campaign outcomes.
- Track deliverables, approvals, and campaign performance.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation and records.
Qualifications
- Highly organised and detail-driven.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management ability.
- Confident giving direction and feedback.
- Calm under pressure and comfortable managing multiple campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media content and influencer marketing.
- Prior experience managing influencer or digital marketing campaigns.
- Background in content marketing or social media management.
- Experience working with and managing assistants or cross-functional teams.
