Job Description

Hello, Bundle is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Growth & Marketing Lead to spearhead the launch and expansion of our innovative software platform. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder, co-owning the growth strategy and executing impactful campaigns.

You will be responsible for building and refining acquisition and conversion funnels, crafting compelling messaging, and driving thoughtful experimentation across various growth channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the launch of Hello, Bundle’s new software platform.
  • Build and execute launch campaigns across email, funnels, and partnerships.
  • Write and ship emails and lifecycle messaging.
  • Translate strategy into clear, executable plans.
  • Own acquisition and conversion funnels end-to-end.
  • Build and refine funnels that prioritize clarity, trust, and high-intent parents.
  • Identify drop-off points and run experiments to improve conversion.
  • Test new growth channels (organic, partnerships, referrals, paid social, job boards, ambassadors).
  • Analyze performance data and turn insights into action.
  • Help clarify and strengthen Hello, Bundle’s story across channels.
  • Ensure parents clearly understand who we help, how we help, and why our approach is different.
  • Treat the parent experience as sacred, reinforcing trust, clarity, and care in every touchpoint.
  • Help build repeatable, lightweight marketing systems from the ground up.
  • Document successful growth strategies for repeatability.

Qualifications

  • Self-starter with the ability to move proactively without constant supervision.
  • Nimble, proactive, and excited to get meaningful work done without layers of red tape.
  • Strategic thinker and hands-on executor.
  • Comfortable testing ideas, learning fast, and iterating in real time.
  • Energized by early-stage environments with immediate impact.
  • Passionate about supporting moms and advancing parental leave equity in the U.S.
  • Available Pacific Time business hours for meetings and real-time collaboration.
