Job Description

We are urgently seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing and Sales Manager with a specialized focus on the automotive sector to join Luniverse Auto, our rapidly expanding used car dealership in Lagos.

This pivotal role is designed to significantly boost our sales by strategically expanding our network and leveraging digital platforms. You will be instrumental in connecting car buyers with our premium selection of clean, duty-paid Toyota and Lexus models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and onboard used-car agents, mechanics, and dealer partners.
  • Identify and engage relevant online channels, including Facebook groups, Marketplace, Instagram, Jiji, and WhatsApp groups.
  • Generate verified leads that successfully convert into completed deals.
  • Identify and engage Lagos used car agents, dealer pages, group admins, and car-related accounts across all online platforms.
  • Clearly present company terms and commission structures to external agents.
  • Follow up on online leads to ensure they become verified (through phone-screening and scheduling viewings).
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with all channel partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media marketing and sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and convert leads.
  • Strong understanding of online platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
