Job Description

Wragby Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing & Communications to lead our strategic initiatives across Africa. This senior role is critical in shaping our brand's presence, driving market engagement, and achieving ambitious growth objectives within the technology sector.

You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communications plans, overseeing product go-to-market strategies, and spearheading demand generation efforts. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop marketing and communications strategies across Africa.
  • Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Develop and execute product go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive demand generation initiatives to increase lead acquisition.
  • Cultivate thought leadership and enhance the company's industry presence.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing and communications team.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI of campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with OEM and tech partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and communications.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven strong B2B and Technology marketing background.
  • Demonstrated experience with product go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience in demand generation and brand strategy development.
  • Experience working with major tech partners such as Microsoft, AWS, Google, and SAP.
