Job Description

Digitals AI Inc is seeking a dependable and meticulous Office Administrator to manage the daily operations of our office and building. This crucial role ensures a well-organized, efficient, and productive work environment.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing office supplies and inventory, coordinating daily activities to ensure efficiency and compliance, and professionally handling all incoming communications. You will also be responsible for organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, as well as supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Maintaining filing systems, assisting with basic bookkeeping, and liaising with building management and vendors are key aspects of this position. You will also contribute to organizing company events and team activities, playing an integral part in the smooth functioning of our organization.
