We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially astute Revenue Analyst to transform complex revenue data into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate and reconcile revenue across multiple business units to establish a single source of truth.
- Build and maintain robust revenue models, forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights on revenue, occupancy, margins, and utilization.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and track market performance trends.
- Develop data-driven pricing recommendations and revenue optimization strategies.
- Identify variances, anomalies, and emerging risks, escalating issues proactively.
- Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that support business decision-making.
- Lead revenue forecasting and financial planning for revenue-generating activities and partnerships.
- Analyze vendor and commercial agreements, including rent-versus-commission models and profitability assessments.
- Support the development of strong financial controls, approval processes, and revenue governance frameworks.
- Ensure all revenue data is accurate, traceable, and supported by strong audit trails.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in revenue analysis, financial analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Experience working across multiple business models or industries is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and financial modeling.
- Strong forecasting, budgeting, reconciliation, and scenario-planning skills.
- Proven experience building dashboards and translating complex data into commercial insights.
- Knowledge of SQL and/or Python is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, unit economics, and revenue management principles.
- Experience with internal controls, audit processes, and financial governance frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
