Qualifications
- BSc or HND in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- ICAN certification, completed or in progress
- Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Prior experience in a senior or supervisory role is preferred
- Experience in managing tax-related matters and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with accounting systems
- Knowledge of accounting standards, including IFRS and GAAP
- Tax and regulatory compliance knowledge
- Strong presentation and reporting skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
