Job Description
MagicStars Technology Limited is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Technician to join our dynamic team in Isolo, Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our computer systems, POS systems, and networks, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
You will provide essential technical support to our staff, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, and maintain the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for technology, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, POS systems, and networks.
- Diagnose hardware and software faults and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide technical support to staff and ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain IT equipment, cables, routers, and peripherals.
- Ensure systems security, backups, and routine updates.
Qualifications
- OND/HND/BSc in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
- Good knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proximity to Isolo is an added advantage.
