Job Description
Bayse is seeking a highly analytical and creative Growth Marketer to build and scale our growth engine. This role is central to our mission of establishing Africa’s largest prediction market exchange.
You will be responsible for designing strategies, executing experiments with scientific rigor, and generating attention through innovative, high-impact ideas. Your focus will be on driving key outcomes such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, activation, retention, revenue, and overall growth rate.
We are looking for an out-of-the-box thinker with a data-driven mindset and a strong creative flair. The ideal candidate understands how to capture attention, possesses sharp social media instincts, and can transform distribution channels into repeatable, scalable systems. You should have proven experience in performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and retention frameworks, with a track record of achieving measurable results.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Own Bayse’s growth engine by building and executing a growth roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation, and revenue.
- Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across various channels, owning creatives, targeting, attribution, CAC, ROAS, and scaling decisions.
- Develop unconventional growth ideas and campaigns that drive attention and conversation, building playbooks for virality and community-driven distribution.
- Own social media strategy and execution, content systems, posting cadence, creator collaborations, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with product and design to improve onboarding and activation flows, reduce drop-off, and optimize the path to first trade.
- Build lifecycle journeys and retention frameworks to increase repeat usage and habit formation.
- Run structured experiments weekly across ads, landing pages, onboarding, social content, referrals, partnerships, and lifecycle.
- Build dashboards and reporting routines for cohort analysis, segmentation, attribution, and channel performance reviews.
- Develop a high-velocity creative pipeline, backed by performance data.
- Build documentation, playbooks, and processes to make growth repeatable and coordinate cross-functional execution.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product-led growth roles with a strong track record of measurable outcomes.
- Deeply data-driven, fluent in funnels, cohorts, attribution, CAC/ROAS, and able to translate numbers into clear actions.
- Extremely creative with strong taste, able to generate fresh angles and campaigns.
- Strong social media instincts and experience building playbooks that drive reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Proven experience running and scaling paid campaigns.
- Strong experience with lifecycle marketing and retention frameworks.
- Fast, structured executor comfortable in a startup environment.
- High ownership and high agency.
- Knowledge of prediction markets, trading, fintech, or marketing financial products is a major advantage.
- Bonus: experience with creators, communities, referral loops, and growth programs that compound.
