Job Description

Dobic Health is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Marketing Executive to champion the growth of our diagnostic and clinical services.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to significantly increase patient walk-ins and promote our comprehensive health screening packages, wellness programs, and specialized investigations.

You will cultivate robust relationships with a network of hospitals, clinics, GPs, specialists, pharmacies, and other healthcare facilities to secure and maintain vital referral partnerships. Furthermore, you will identify and onboard external laboratories requiring specialized testing, promoting services like histopathology and advanced diagnostics.

This position also involves identifying and securing corporate clients for employee health screening programs and forging strategic partnerships with HMOs, insurance providers, NGOs, and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase daily walk-in patients for diagnostic and clinic services
  • Promote health screening packages, blood tests, wellness programs, and specialised investigations
  • Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, GPs, specialists, pharmacies, and healthcare facilities
  • Secure and maintain referral partnerships that consistently generate diagnostic business
  • Identify and onboard external laboratories requiring specialised testing services
  • Promote outsourced testing, pathology, histopathology, and advanced diagnostic solutions
  • Negotiate service agreements and maintain strong business relationships with partner laboratories
  • Market histopathology, cytology, biopsy processing, and other specialised laboratory services
  • Increase specimen volumes through strategic physician engagement and relationship management
  • Identify and secure corporate clients for employee health screening programmes
  • Develop partnerships with HMOs, insurance providers, NGOs, educational institutions, and corporate organisations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in healthcare marketing, diagnostics, laboratory services, pharmaceutical sales, or medical business development
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and ethical marketing practices
  • Existing network within hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare institutions is an advantage
