Job Description
N2O is seeking a skilled Campaign Manager to join their dedicated team in Maidenhead. This role is central to managing a diverse portfolio of clients and driving revenue through expertly executed marketing campaigns across various channels.
You will oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from initial concept and planning through to budgeting, implementation, and post-campaign analysis. This includes meticulous reporting and in-depth performance evaluation to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multi-dimensional campaigns with precision, creativity, and flair.
- Foster invaluable relationships with key stakeholders across N2O and our clients, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction.
- Analyse results and make recommendations for future campaigns.
- Dive into our creative process; take, shape & deliver comprehensive briefs and liaise with creative colleagues.
- Be a visionary and a guide, steering clients through our world of creativity.
- Manage margins, understand what affects them and upsell accounts where possible.
- Understand how costs impact client budgets and be able to discuss next steps with client.
- Have a love of being immersed in campaign delivery and all that entails.
- Ability to enhance our services through innovation and pursuit of excellence.
- Act as the trusted face of N2O, expanding our reach and impact through upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent in a relevant subject and/or project management experience.
- Background in Project Management or similar roles like Account Manager / Campaign Manager, ideally in a similar agency environment.
- Professional communications and multitasking prowess.
- Mastery in campaign reporting, financial acumen, and advanced IT literacy.
- A confident self-starter with a passion for excellence and creativity.
- UK driving license and use of a car to travel to client sites.
- Flexibility to work some weekends and out of usual office hours.
