Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive market entry and early-stage growth for our FMCG oral care and personal hygiene products. This hands-on, field-based role requires strong sales acumen and practical knowledge of Nigeria’s trade channels.

Your primary responsibilities will include driving sales and revenue growth across key FMCG channels, activating and managing distributors, wholesalers, and off-takers. You will leverage existing trade networks to accelerate market entry and execute field sales and trade activation activities.

The role also involves tracking basic sales records and stock movement, and working closely with leadership on go-to-market execution. A Bachelor’s degree or HND in a related field and 3-6 years of FMCG sales experience in Nigeria are required.

  • Strong field sales capability and market presence
  • Practical understanding of FMCG distribution in Nigeria
  • Existing distributor/trade network is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is a plus
