Job Description

Mainstack is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product & Growth Marketer to drive product adoption, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role is pivotal in shaping our product's market presence and expanding our user base.

You will operate at the intersection of product, marketing, and growth, leveraging your expertise to position products effectively, launch impactful campaigns, optimize conversion funnels, and achieve measurable business results. This hybrid position is based in Yaba, Lagos, offering a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Create and execute GTM strategies for new products, features, and campaigns.
  • Lead product launches from planning through execution and post-launch analysis.
  • Work closely with Product, Design, and Customer Success teams to ensure product-market fit and effective communication.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies focused on user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
  • Build and optimize marketing funnels to improve customer conversion and engagement.
  • Identify growth opportunities through experimentation, analytics, and customer insights.
  • Monitor key growth metrics and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize for efficiency, scale, and return on investment.
  • Design and execute A/B tests across landing pages, email campaigns, advertisements, and user journeys.
  • Analyze results and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Continuously test new growth channels, messaging, and campaign strategies.
  • Develop compelling marketing copy for product launches, campaigns, landing pages, emails, and advertisements.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, activation, and retention.
  • Support content marketing initiatives that educate users and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Conduct research on customer behavior, market trends, competitors, and the creator economy.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and product improvement.
  • Develop customer personas and journey maps to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a related role.
  • Experience working in a technology, SaaS, fintech, creator-focused, or product-led company.
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy and digital business landscape.
  • Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, activation, retention, and growth frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
  • Experience conducting A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and growth experiments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business outcomes.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with email marketing, lifecycle marketing, and content-led growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with product analytics, marketing automation, CRM, and growth tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
