Key Responsibilities

Oversee the clothing production department and ensure production targets and quality standards are met
Supervise warehousing operations, including incoming deliveries and outgoing dispatches
Liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of ordered items
Monitor operational workflows and resolve bottlenecks efficiently
Ensure seamless coordination between production, logistics, and inventory teams
Maintain operational discipline, accountability, and process efficiency

Qualifications

Strong operations and production management experience
Ability to manage teams and factory workflows effectively
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience in fashion production, manufacturing, or warehousing is an advantage
