Job Description
A leading UAE industrial operations company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations of a large-scale Crusher / Quarry Plant in Fujairah.
This role requires a commercially minded operational leader with deep expertise in crusher plant operations, quarry management, aggregates production, heavy equipment fleet management, plant maintenance, production planning, logistics coordination, operational efficiency, cost control, and HSE compliance. Candidates from ready-mix concrete plant operations with overlapping operational leadership experience are also strongly encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, delivering production targets with strict quality standards, optimizing plant throughput and machinery utilization, developing operational SOPs, and tracking key performance indicators. You will also lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs to improve uptime, manage maintenance budgets, and coordinate engineering teams for asset reliability.
Furthermore, the role involves improving operating efficiencies across fuel, labor, maintenance, and logistics, managing plant operational budgets, and enhancing profitability through productivity enhancement and waste reduction. You will lead supervisors, operators, mechanics, drivers, and plant support teams, fostering a culture of accountability and operational discipline, and ensuring strict compliance with UAE HSE regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Mining / Industrial Engineering preferred.
- 10–15+ years of relevant experience in heavy industrial plant operations.
- Background in Crusher Plants / Quarrying / Aggregates / Mining / Ready-Mix preferred.
- Proven experience managing heavy equipment fleets and large industrial teams.
- GCC / UAE experience preferred.
- Strong operational, commercial, and leadership capability.
