Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed operational schedules for projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure alignment.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and delays in the operational workflow.
- Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor project progress against schedules and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare regular reports on schedule adherence and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Operations Planner or Scheduler, preferably in a project-based environment.
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain principles, and production planning.
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
