Credit Direct Finance Company Limited is seeking a skilled Research & Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in conducting in-depth research and analysis to provide critical insights that shape our strategic decisions. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to markets, competitors, and customers to identify emerging trends, lucrative opportunities, and potential risks. Your contributions will be vital in producing high-quality reports and presentations that guide Credit Direct’s strategic initiatives and foster organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed research on market trends, industry developments, competitors, and customer behavior.
Collect and analyze data from various sources, including surveys, databases, and industry reports.
Utilize statistical methods and software tools to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Assist in the development of business intelligence reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure research aligns with organizational goals.
Monitor and report on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Maintain research databases and knowledge repositories.
Stay informed about advancements in research methodologies and tools.
Prepare comprehensive research reports, summaries, and presentations.
Present findings to senior management and stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Visualize data using charts, graphs, and other presentation tools.
Align research activities with strategic objectives in collaboration with the Head of Research and Business Intelligence.
Engage with stakeholders to understand research needs and deliver relevant insights.
Foster effective communication within the research team and across departments.

Qualifications

B.Sc degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in research, data analysis, or a related field.
Experience in the financial industry is an added advantage.
Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Tableau) is an added advantage.
