Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, or related field
  • Must have 6-8 years of progressive sales and marketing experience in FMCG, agricultural products, or food processing industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in competitive markets
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian agricultural value chains, distribution networks, and consumer behaviour
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with ability to manage key accounts and strategic partnerships
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and sales analytics platforms
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English and local languages
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Nigeria and ability to work in diverse cultural environments
