FMR Agency is actively seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join a leading FMCG/cold chain company based in Lagos Mainland.

This full-time, field-based role is essential for driving sales, expanding the customer base, and ensuring robust product visibility across assigned territories. You will be responsible for generating orders, nurturing client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily sales targets and meet monthly objectives.
  • Conduct regular visits to assigned retail outlets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
  • Identify and onboard new business accounts.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
  • Manage payment collections and responsible credit account oversight.
  • Ensure optimal product merchandising and visibility.
  • Submit timely daily sales and activity reports.

Qualifications

  • Minimum OND qualification; field sales experience is a significant advantage.
  • At least 1 year of proven field sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or a related sector.
  • Must be a current resident of one of the open locations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and the ability to handle cash responsibly.
  • Comfortable and effective working full-time in a field-based capacity.
