Job Description
Represent Smart Technology Solutions at promotional booths and events, actively engaging with potential customers to introduce and demonstrate our innovative products, including the BOOX devices.
You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries with detailed product information, ensuring a positive and informative experience. This role also involves assisting with the setup and maintenance of booth displays to guarantee a professional and appealing presentation.
Furthermore, you will play a key role in collecting valuable customer feedback and reporting these insights to the sales team, directly contributing to our sales strategies. Your support in sales activities will be crucial for generating qualified leads during events.
