- Publish content daily across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, taking full ownership of the social media calendar.
- Craft compelling captions, hooks, titles, and descriptions designed to capture attention and drive engagement.
- Actively manage comments and direct messages, fostering a vibrant and engaged community.
- Monitor platform metrics, identifying successful strategies and areas for continuous improvement.
- Maintain acute cultural awareness, staying ahead of trends and emerging phenomena to keep our content relevant and fresh.
- Ensure Crea8torium's social channels achieve consistent growth and authentic brand representation.
- Prevent social media channels from becoming inactive or disengaged.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing social media for a brand, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Exceptional copywriting skills applicable to various social media formats, including captions, hooks, titles, and descriptions.
- Solid understanding of the unique functionalities and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Comfortable and proficient in managing comprehensive content calendars.
- Possess a deep understanding of online culture and trends, being "chronically online" in a productive way.
- Demonstrated comfort with experimentation and a willingness to try new approaches.
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership; capable of identifying and resolving issues independently.
- Immaculate attention to detail, balanced with the ability to deliver quality content efficiently.
- Reliable and execution-obsessed, consistently delivering without requiring constant supervision.
- A collaborative team player who can also operate effectively and independently.
- Must be based in Lagos.
