- Conduct timely follow-ups on conversations to advance important relationships.
- Efficiently manage the principal's inbox, prioritizing messages and ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Draft compelling messages, proposals, and outreach emails.
- Oversee and manage the principal's daily presence across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Reddit.
- Develop and create engaging content specifically tailored for each social media platform.
- Craft authentic captions, posts, comments, and replies that resonate with the audience.
- Ensure consistent activity and engagement across all social media accounts.
- Monitor current trends and identify relevant opportunities for participation and content creation.
- Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
- Implement strategies to grow audience, enhance engagement, and drive conversions through content and community management.
- Repurpose existing content across various platforms, adapting it to suit each unique audience.
- Maintain meticulous records of tasks, reminders, and priorities.
- Prepare a concise daily summary detailing key events, important conversations, necessary follow-ups, identified opportunities, and upcoming priorities.
- Assist with coordinating meetings and managing schedules efficiently.
- Ensure projects are well-organized and progress smoothly.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential problems before they escalate.
- Conduct thorough research on individuals, companies, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide support for special projects as they arise.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing systems and workflows.

- Essential experience with TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Reddit.
- Experience supporting a founder or executive (Nice to Have).
- Copywriting experience (Nice to Have).
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) (Nice to Have).
- Basic video editing skills (Nice to Have).
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT (Nice to Have).
- Familiarity with scheduling and social media management platforms (Nice to Have).
