Job Description
1Kosmos, a leader in identity proofing and passwordless authentication, is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager. This pivotal role involves owning our comprehensive social media presence, driving strategy, and executing engaging content across key platforms.
You will be instrumental in shaping our brand narrative and generating pipeline for our enterprise solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a B2B social media strategist and content writer hybrid to lead end-to-end social initiatives.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn (primary), YouTube, X, and emerging channels.
- Manage and scale an employee advocacy program for executives and customer-facing teams, including ghostwriting and coaching.
- Cultivate relationships with external industry influencers, analysts, customer advocates, and partners for amplified reach.
- Craft precise, on-brand copy for social posts, graphics, and thought leadership content.
- Direct and produce high-quality visual content, managing freelance resources as needed.
- Deliver consistent executive and customer video series.
- Create and implement an event content playbook for pre-event hype, live coverage, and post-event thought leadership.
- Contribute to integrated omnichannel campaigns spanning social, paid, and email.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights in identity security and AI.
- Measure and report on key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, branded search lift, share of voice, and pipeline contribution.
Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of experience in B2B social media, content, or brand, preferably in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or a technical, considered-purchase category.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on engagement, reach, or brand awareness through campaigns or programs.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt voice for various personas (e.g., CISO, company brand).
- Proven aesthetic and visual taste, with experience producing or directing high-quality visual content.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn organic strategies and working knowledge of paid social media.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to own a function, set strategy, and execute independently.
- Tool proficiency in platforms like Sprout Social/Ayrshare, HubSpot, Wrike, Notion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience launching or scaling employee advocacy programs (nice to have).
- Experience building or running influencer/advocate programs (nice to have).
- Background in identity, cybersecurity, fintech, or selling to financial institutions (nice to have).
- Familiarity with AI content and social tooling (nice to have).
- Experience linking social efforts to pipeline metrics (nice to have).
