Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the company's presence across key social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Create, capture, and edit high-quality photo and video content featuring products, completed projects, and company activities.
• Develop engaging content that authentically reflects the brand's identity and effectively communicates the value proposition of our lighting solutions.
• Assist in the strategic planning and execution of digital campaigns aimed at significantly increasing brand awareness and fostering robust audience engagement.
• Monitor social media performance metrics diligently and provide actionable recommendations to enhance reach, engagement, and overall content effectiveness.
• Actively explore and leverage AI-powered creative tools to support innovative content creation and generate groundbreaking visual concepts.
• Stay consistently updated with the latest social media trends, emerging content formats, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Possess a Diploma (minimum one academic year) or a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Unemployed for at least six months prior to application.
• Not currently registered with GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance).
• Not previously enrolled in the Tamheer Program.
• Based in Riyadh (preferred).
• Female candidates are preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Demonstrated strong photography, videography, and content editing skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and effective audience engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools is a distinct advantage.
• Strong creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional visual storytelling abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
