As a Digital Workplace Technologies Expert, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive IT support across all company functions. Your responsibilities will include managing incidents and service requests, performing regular support activities, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT services support to all functions and departments.
- Manage incidents and service requests, resolving EE tickets.
- Perform regular or ad-hoc support activities, including network, hardware, and software support.
- Support end-users with their requests and equipment issues.
- Assist with meetings, security operations, and financial activities.
- Prepare reports on received and resolved user requests.
- Support the monitoring and maintenance of Coca Cola HBC and Heineken systems.
- Actively participate in central agile teams to deliver results and performance.
Qualifications
- Higher education in Information Systems, Applied IT, or Computer/Software Engineering.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Familiarity with Office packages and applications, cloud services, and smartphones.
- Basic knowledge of computer networks (WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Basic knowledge of end-user device lifecycle management processes.
- Understanding of IT service management processes (ticketing tools, helpdesk) and knowledge base management.
