Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the clinic remains safe, clean, and fully operational daily.
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance records, and leave planning.
  • Facilitate patient appointment bookings and provide timely information.
  • Plan and execute health outreach programs and community wellness events.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and process payments from corporate clients and vendors.
  • Ensure all necessary regulatory paperwork is filed accurately and on schedule.
  • Provide training to staff on digital tools and identify opportunities for process optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or HND.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations management within a service industry (healthcare, hospitality, or corporate services).
  • Direct experience working in a healthcare or clinic setting.
  • Proven ability to use data for performance tracking and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Completed NYSC or possess a certificate of exemption.
  • Reside within 10km of Reliance Family Clinics in Surulere (11, Alhaji Masha) or Gbagada Phase II (12 Ayodeji Otegbola Street), Lagos.
  • Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems or clinic management software (Nice to Have).
  • Background in event coordination, such as corporate health talks or community outreaches (Nice to Have).
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance for health facilities (e.g., LAWMA, HEFAMAA, FIRS, LIRS) (Nice to Have).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams (Nice to Have).
