Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily administrative tasks and office operations.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Train and supervise administrative and customer service staff.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
- Organize and maintain company records and files.
- Assist with scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Implement and improve office management software and systems.
- Monitor and report on customer service metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BSc. or BA) in a relevant field.
- 2-5 years of proven work experience as an Administrative Officer or Administrator.
- Solid knowledge of office procedures and best practices.
- Experience with office management software, including MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers and various software applications.
- Previous experience in customer support is highly advantageous.
- Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
