Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Train and supervise administrative and customer service staff.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
  • Organize and maintain company records and files.
  • Assist with scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Implement and improve office management software and systems.
  • Monitor and report on customer service metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BSc. or BA) in a relevant field.
  • 2-5 years of proven work experience as an Administrative Officer or Administrator.
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures and best practices.
  • Experience with office management software, including MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using computers and various software applications.
  • Previous experience in customer support is highly advantageous.
  • Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
